Got gold?

How could I not watch the Olympics? It's soooo engrossing. Shaun White and Chad Hedrick are the athletes so far who've gotten me all choked up with their victories (perhaps thanks to NBC's little bio segments, which helped me get more involved in the emotions). Shaun's gold medal run in the snowboarding half-pipe was particularly spectacular for me to see. Big, clean and graceful.

So thanks for the fuel, fellas. I'm stoked to get goin' on my workouts now.
